We usually don't have the time to hold hands and take people around the site, it can be easily navitaged though, people just need to LOOK for things - STICKY threads, STICKY FAQs, FORUM SEARCH ENGINE etc etc etc etc .. If you don't find what you're looking for, then chances are it hasn't been dealt with .. so then you'd have to make your own post and give us the information as asked for in any of the STICKY threads or FAQs ..

Nobody is putting people down, so stop it, as per rules and courtesy, if you need help or support, you need to complete a form/statement/etc explainning in detail all your issue, and all the information is needed, specially the one with what hardware we are dealing with.....
It could be easier for us to ignore these threads where people do not complete a form, or post in the forum with incomplete information/not looking in the forum first... as it should be.... and not assholes here, if you want the courtesy, you all should start doing the same and complete what is required...

If we all are going to loose our manners, I will have to disclose this thread and start with the proper retaliations to members as per forum rules....

@Nobuga, could you complete the form exactly as we describe here?
