Hello foolish mortals, to the Sapphire Forum “Fright Fight” Contest, where you can win a freakish prize that will bring terror to your online gaming enemies by just conjuring a simple Sapphire slogan spell fit for the spooky Halloween season.

How to Enter:
Contestants must post, within this thread, a picture containing a piece a paper that contains the following HAND WRITTEN contents:
a) Your ‘Spooky Halloween Themed’ Sapphire slogan
b) Actual Full Name
c) Sapphire Forum Username/Handle
d) "SAPPHIRE Forum”

How the Winner is Chosen:
Your ‘Spooky Halloween Theme” Sapphire Slogan would be cast down to the depths of the Sapphire Marketing Department where a mob of marketing ghouls will rip and shred each and every slogan till only one remains.

Supplemental Rules:
- Only one entry per person.
- Files must either be uploaded onto this site (JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF, and PNG files are accepted), or linked from an image dumping site, like Tumblr, Photobucket, imgur, etc etc. (But if your image is linked from an image dumping site, it is your responsibility to keep that particular link alive, posts with dead picture links will be deleted.)
- The picture still must follow the rules of this site. (Safe For Work and Legal)
- By posting your picture within the “CONTEST: Fright Fight” thread you, the contestant, agree to accept the “Terms and Conditions” laid out by the contest organizers and Sapphire Technology.

Terms and Conditions

1. CONTEST NAME & CONTEST PERIOD

The “Fright Fight” Contest is held by SAPPHIRE Technology Ltd. and Thermaltake Technology Inc. (hereinafter the “contest organizers”). It is being held online at www.sapphireforum.com (hereinafter the “website”) and runs from "Time Posted within Forum" on Monday, October 15th, 2012 to 11:59PM PST (UTC-08:00) on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 (hereinafter the “contest period”). Entries received after the Contest Period will be ineligible for the prize selection.

2. ELIGIBILITY

3. CONTEST ENTRIES

To enter, contestants must post a picture containing a piece of paper containing a HAND WRITTEN copy of their “SAPPHIRE Forum Username/Handle”, “Actual Full Name”, “SAPPHIRE Forum”, and their “Spooky Halloween Themed” Sapphire Slogan within the “CONTEST: Fright Fight!” thread inside of the “Contest” section of SAPPHIRE Forum by the end of the contest period. The “CONTEST: Fright Fight!” thread is located at http://www.sapphireforum.com/showthread.php?29943. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are void. The contest organizers reserve the right to reject any entry form at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever. By posting their picture within the “CONTEST: Fright Fight!” thread the contestant agrees to accept the “Terms and Conditions” laid out by the contest organizers, Sapphire Technology, and Thermaltake Technology Inc.

Terms and conditions for the picture entries:
- Limit one entry per person.
- By uploading a file, contestants certify that they have the right to distribute this picture.
- Pictures must either be uploaded onto this site (JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF, and PNG files are accepted), or linked from an image dumping site, like Tumblr, Photobucket, imgur, etc etc. (But if the contestants image is linked from an image dumping site, it is the contestants responsibility to keep that particular link alive, posts with dead picture links will be deleted.)
- Pictures and Posts must not contain a person’s name, other than that of your own, or reveal intimate details about their private life.
- Pictures must not contain inappropriate content that is sexually explicit, offensive, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, violent, malicious, hateful, or otherwise immoral or that denigrates the products and/or services provided by the contest organizers or their subsidiaries.
- Pictures must not encourage criminal activities and may not promote goods or services other than those provided by the contest organizers.
- Pictures containing copyrighted material or material protected by intellectual property rights or belonging to a third party may be submitted only once all rights have been acquired by the Contest entrant.
- The Contest entrant assigns all copyright in the picture to the contest organizers and waives all moral rights in the picture.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS & ODDS OF WINNING

The winning “Spooky Halloween Themed” Sapphire Slogan is going to be selected by a panel of nondescript judges chosen by Sapphire Technology management.

Selected contestants will be contacted by email, using the email account assigned to their “SAPPHIRE Forum” account, “SAPPHIRE Forum” Personal Message (PM), and within the “CONTEST: Fright Fight!” thread. Each selected contestant must contact the contest organizers by email at doncho@sapphiretech.com within three (3) days of the date stamp of the email with the following information:
a. Full name;
b. Country of residence;
c. Complete street address;
d. Telephone number; and
e. Email address

The contestant will be contacted with a standard Declaration and Release Form via the email address provided in the response. In order to win, the contestant must sign the Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded and release of contest organizers from all liability relating to the Contest. If the selected contestant does not contact the contest organizers within that time, another contestant will be randomly selected and the initial selected contestant will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards contest organizers or anyone involved in the Contest. The information provided in the selected contestant’s Declaration and Release Form must be correct and must mirror the information provided in the selected contestant’s “Fright Fight!” contest picture or the selected contestant will be disqualified and another contestant will be chosen by the nondescript panel of judges as the winner of the “Fright Fight!”. The selected contestant will have one (1) day from the date of receipt to return a signed copy of the Declaration and Release Form to the contest organizers or their representative. If the selected contestant does not do so within this period of time, another contestant will be selected.

The contest organizers reserve the right to use any other method or medium that deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of selecting, contacting the selected entrant and/or announcing the Contest winner. Proof of mailing, faxing, or delivering (in any manner whatsoever) any details to contest organizers does not represent proof that contest organizers has received such details. The contest organizers reserve the right to forfeit prizes for any Contest winner who does not provide the required details to contest organizers. The contest organizers reserve the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of Contest winners and to fulfill the delivery of prizes. By entering the Contest, contestants agree that contest organizers may provide all necessary information of Contest winners to such third party to facilitate such service.

5. CONTEST PRIZES

From all eligible contestants (i.e. those who enter and meet the qualifications set out in these Contest Rules), one (1) winner will be selected to receive:
- Grand Prize: One (1) SAPPHIRE Vapor-X HD 7950 3GB graphics card with a Suggested Retail Price of $USD 329.99
- 1st Runner Up: One (1) Thermaltake WATER2.0 Performer Closed-Loop All In One Liquid CPU Cooler with a Suggested Retail Price of $USD 84.99
- 2nd Runner Up: One (1) Tt eSPORTS THERON Mouse with a Suggest Retail Price of $USD 67.99
- 3rd Runner Up: One (1) Tt eSPORTS KNUCKER Plunger Gaming Keyboard with a Suggest Retail Price of $USD 39.99

The contest organizers reserve the right to change the prize without any prior notification.

All travel, entertainment, taxes, insurance and other expenses as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the Contest winner. Each Contest winner shall be entitled to one (1) prize only. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The contest organizers, their sponsors and representatives shall have no liability to the Contest winners in any respect whatsoever.

The contest organizers reserve the right to request written proof of residency and age of the Contest winner before the prize is dispatched or collected. Where contest organizers elect to post a prize to the Contest winner, no responsibility will be accepted by contest organizers for the safe and effective postal delivery of the prize. The contest organizers make no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prize and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising there from.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the contest organizers, a Contest winner may nominate a designated representative to collect the prize. The representative will be required to present written authorization from the Contest winner and identification which includes a photograph for both the Contest winner and their representative.

The prize is supplied on an “as is” basis and is accepted entirely at the risk of the Contest winner. The contest organizers exclude all warranties in connection with the prize to the extent permitted by law. Contest winners shall comply with the terms and conditions of the prize.

6. PUBLICITY

The contest organizers reserve the right, at their sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, likeness, picture, photographs, hometown, biographical information, voice or video recordings and entries of the Contest winner and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Contest winner(s) and/or representatives for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media. By entering the Contest, the contestant, except where prohibited by law, grants the contest organizers and their affiliated companies the right to use the winner’s nicknames, names, likeness, picture, photographs, hometown, biographical information, voice or video recordings for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. VARIATION TO THE CONTEST RULES

The contest organizers reserve the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Contest Rules without prior notice at any time and the contestants shall be bound to such changes.

8. LIABILITY

The contest organizers shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of Contest entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions, line failures of any telephone network, failure of computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online survey, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries.

The contest organizers will not be responsible or liable for any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any contestant, or their authorized representatives, resulting from their participation in the Contest.

9. DISQUALIFICATION OR SUSPENSION

The contest organizers reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions and/or the contest organizers’ Website Use and Access Agreement. No correspondence shall be entertained. The contest organizers further reserve the right to cancel, modify suspend or delay the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Sponsor will use your personal information for the purposes of conducting this Contest in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, located at www.sapphiretech.com, and applicable law.
