    Default Unable to Submit Technical Support Request for R295X2

    I have tried submitting a technical support request for my Sapphire R295X2, however every time I hit create new ticket, it bumps me back out to the sign in page. System information:

    Main Hardware Information:
    CPU: Intel Core i7 4790k stock clocks, voltages etc.
    RAM G-Skill 16 Dual Channel Kit 8x2 DDR3
    Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Gene
    Video Card: Sapphire R295X2 stock clocks, voltages, etc.
    PSU: Coolermaster V1000

    Other Hardware Information :
    Monitor: Acer X341CK
    HDD/SSDs: Samsung 840 Evo 256GB
    Other PCI/PCI-X Cards: None
    Optical Drives: None

    Software Information:
    Operating System : Windows 10 (all updates applied)
    Video Card Drivers in Use ( and tried ): 15.7.1 in Use, Tried 15.10 Beta

    When waking the machine from sleep, I do not get any output from the mini displayports. I have tried multiple drivers and video cables, nothing seems to work. In order to get video output, I must reboot the machine every time. Please provide assistance on how to contact Sapphire as I am unable to submit a ticket.

    I've tried with IE, Chrome, and Firefox. I get the same result.
