    Exclamation Warranty or not ?

    I have Sappire 6770 1gb .... After 6 months radiator just fall down in computer case...
    Few fotos in attachments...

    Is it warranty or not ?

    Most definitely open a support ticket with Sapphire / contact your original merchant to begin the RMA process to receive a replacement.

    Have 2 problems =(
    1 - Im from Russia
    2 - my "original merchant" tells me that i broke it and its all

    so - any chance to get warranty?

    You'll have to resolve things with your vendor, he has to prove that you broke it, not you prove that you didn't. If he refuses to do anything, look at your country's consumer protection laws ( if they exist there ) and deal with him that way. Or open a support ticket with Sapphire, explain the situation and ask if you can deal direct with them.
